This is a guide, not the law. What applies is the regulation — Royal Decree 1051/2022, the Canary Islands Government’s rules and your municipality’s bylaws — and, on each farm, your adviser’s judgement. We take care that the figures are accurate and up to date, but cannot guarantee it at all times.
Other people’s pages linked from here are not under our control, and we are not responsible for them.
Sharing and printing
You may print, copy and hand out the guide and its PDF freely, whole and unchanged, as long as it is not to sell them.
What data is processed
The server that delivers these pages (Cloudflare) logs each request — IP address, time, page — like any web server, for security and to fix problems. We use those logs for nothing else, and not to find out who you are.
The typeface and the illustrations are served from here: the page loads nothing from Google, Meta or anyone else.
The share buttons are plain links: only when you tap one do you go to WhatsApp, Telegram, Facebook, X or your email program, and from then on its privacy policy applies. Copying the link sends nothing to anyone.
If you write to us, we use your message only to reply.
What you can ask us
You can ask us what data about you we hold and have it corrected or deleted: write to info@we-site.ch. If you think we are getting it wrong, you can turn to Switzerland’s Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner or to your own country’s data protection authority.
